74 Luxury apartments situated atop the Crowne Plaza Hotel. 40+ sales direct to locals utilising a staged release with uplift achieved throughout construction.

Eight affordable torrens titled townhouses sold as house & land packages, predominantly to first home buyers. Polly assisted to source a builder that was able to be competitive and suitable for the project, as well as guide on minor design variations.
