House & Land sales campaigns on subsequent stages of the Upper St Clair project in the master planned community, St Clair. 16 Torrens Titled homes across 2 sites, sold predominantly off market.

Eight affordable torrens titled townhouses sold as house & land packages, predominantly to first home buyers. Polly assisted to source a builder that was able to be competitive and suitable for the project, as well as guide on minor design variations.
